I reserve the sole right to deny a commission for any reason.

Commissions are for personal use, not for resale or claiming as your own.

Edits during the sketch phase are permitted; major changes after the sketch phase may incur fees.

Payment will be upfront or half upfront and half after the sketch phase.

I reserve the right to showcase the art on any social media or my portfolio.

Commissions will typically be completed with in 1 month of purchase. Up to 3 months for complex illustrations.

Deadlines will incur an extra fee.

WIPs will be given to the client at major updates in the art. Please let me know if you do not want this.

Any revisions needed because of misunderstanding the request on my end will be free.

Must credit YapsNSlaps as the artist of the commissioned piece.

Cannot use commissions for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and AI purposes.

Commercial usage is not allowed, unless the respective fee has been paid.

Revisions are: Color adjustment, minor adjustment to limbs or facial expressions, adding or removing small details, slight changes in proportions or positioning, fixing mistakes that deviate from original reference/description, minor background tweaks

Revisions are not: Changing pose entirely, adding or removing additional character or animals, switching to a different outfit or redesign of characters, altering the scene and setting completely, asking for a different artstyle, turning the commission into a different concept than was originally agreed upon
